Do you have a degree in Early childhood studies (“Pedagogia”) and experience in private schools and would like to become a Teaching Assitant?

To be considered, you will need to be an inspirational Educator who is able to bring a high level of creativity to our school. The successful candidate will have a motivational and inspirational attitude and a fun, charismatic style tempered with sound leadership skills. You will be able to deliver insightful learning opportunities on the full range of topics that covers every area of our international curriculum. We expect a degree in pedagogy or equivalent studies. If you are enrolled in a pedagogy course and have already worked in a Bilingual environment, then we are looking forward to getting to know you as well.

This Teaching Assistant's role involves you supporting the Head Teacher and his/her class of cheerful pupils, as well as contributing to the quality of the teaching and learning within and beyond the classroom, in line with our school's philosophy.


Support headteachers to develop and teach engaging, creative curriculum and lessons, aligned with Red House International School expectations and approaches.

Participate actively in ongoing professional development.

Help build a robust learning atmosphere that leads students to value being at school and feel part of a joyful community.

Inspire trust and confidence among parents and families.
